Courses
To earn the Master of Science in Electrical Engineering a student must complete 31 credit hours (10 courses) of graduate-level engineering course work.
Students must maintain a minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA.
Of the required 31 credit hours, 21 credit hours (seven courses) must be in electrical and computer engineering. The program requires both breadth and depth in the electrical engineering discipline.
One advanced ECE course at the 700-level is required to achieve depth. The course must be in the EE track. Breadth will be achieved by completing at least one course from three specialty areas.
Students can take up to three courses (the remaining 9 credit hours) outside of ECE, including math and other courses offered through the college’s Engineering Online program.
